HealthAid LungForte - 30 Tablets

I was optimistic about this product at first.I have COPD and get very short of breath, I have two inhalers and on occasions I wake up unable to breath properly.My doctor prescribed statins and Amoxicilin.Which did the trick for a while, then I came across these tablets.I can't explain it but ever since I started taking them since Jan 5th this year my breathing has improved so much that I don't need my inhalers any more....

Honestly, it's difficult to know how much of a difference tablets make. But I am optimistic about these. The content/herbs have a reputation aiding lung health. I will keep taking them. On my second jar and I try to be consistent. The tablets are on the bigger side so if you struggle breaking them in half would be wise. The flavour is fine, I don't taste anything other than herbal medicine. These will become a daily supplement considering I'm asthmatic and I need everything I can to keep me healthy.

Quite easy to swallow. Try and clear mucus at night time. Early days yet only had one so far.

These tablets are much too large and much too solid for me to swallow! It would help if the manufacturer explained their makeup and size...and better still, produce them in a form that it is easy to swallow.

I do believe these have made me breathe more easily (ex smoker) they take a few weeks to notice the benefits

If you mix these with Good Quality NAC Capsule's, I.e One Lungforte in the morning and one NAC Capsule at night plus (Only if you have Copd,Asthma,Bronchitis etc, And the £) Two 'Clearlungs' caps in morning and two last thing at night. You now have alongside your Inhalers etc the best Possible Chance (Including moderate exercise for 30 mins 3X weekly) for your lung's to start working as close to healthily as ur gonna get. Put some work in and/Or take these 3 Medicines along-side your Doctor's Inhalers, SeeBreeze etc and u'll notice a 'Massive' Difference, Almost immediately!. So are Lungforte Tabs good?- There 'Massive' that's for sure and have almost 'All' of the beneficial ingredients for breathing problem's. Only problem being there a bit low on NAC if taken once a day and there's only a month's supply at one a day. So that's where the cheaper (But 600mg of NAC as opposed to 300mg in the Lungforte) NAC Capsule's come in boosting the NAC AND you get 120 caps at one or two a day for £10, so there good quality and well priced. Along-side the 'clear lung's' Capsule's your initial output is £46 but the NAC will do you for many month's, the Clearlung's a few month's and u'll only have to get the Lungforte every month and you most definitely will have the best meditation available today for Lung issue's and clear - up many if not All of your symptoms. Recommended....
