I have to say that this 600mg "Himalayan Shilajit Resin Ashwagold" supplement just really isn't for me. It was my first time trying Shilajit, and it will be my last. I wasn't expecting the small and strong flavor. However, I have read so many good things about this that I can't deny that it must do something for others. It was easy to use as you only had to add a small amount to your drink each day. According to my research, the 600mg is the right strength to take for up to 30 days, and then you are supposed to stop use for 3 months before using again. I just didn't notice any changes to my daily energy levels, but I did notice that I had more trouble sleeping at night. I didn't notice any other changes to my health either. However, I fully understand that with any supplement/vitamin/mineral, each person's body will accept it and use it differently. Just because this didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. Small package works great. I do physical labor all day gives me energy

This was unquestionably the worst shilajit I have used. The flavor pervaded my coffee with an awful burnt flavor like other shilajit ever has. Even the smell of it is acrid when opening the tiny jar.I do not recommend this product at all!

My favorite daily supplement is shilajit, renowned for its supposed anti-aging properties. Many promising studies suggest that shilajit, which is essentially high-end dirt from the Himalayas, is loaded with life-extending vitamins and minerals. I'm not waiting or science to catch up and am taking it every day to help my overall wellness.In my opinion, ALL shilajit tastes kinda gross, including this one. For this reason, I recommend dissolving it in a cup of strong coffee or herbal tea to mask the soil-like flavor. If you were a kid who enjoyed eating dirt or mud pies, you may be ok with the taste right out of the jar. Every shilajit product I have ever used comes in a teeny tiny container like this one. That is because you really only need to take a tab- it's super-concentrated.As with all things you ingest, be sure to read the label and consult a professional to see if it's ok for you to take.

This product has a bit of a funky taste and a tar like smell (earthy like taste), i enjoy it best in a warm morning green tea to mix it easiest off of the measure stick. It helps well in giving me good energy for the day getting through work, not feeling anxious or jittery like i do with canned energy drinks, i have also noticed i don’t seem to be as sore after work in my joints. This is the first time i have ever tried a supplement like this and the benefits are definitely there if i can get past the flavor, not too bad a flavor i suppose but will take some getting used to for me or i would rate a 5 for sure!

I didn't like the flavor this leaves in my mouth after taking it. So much so that I can't even take anymore of this. I think I'm pretty sensitive to these kind of things so this is a YMMV for you.

My husband has been avid user of shilajit for at least a year and cant get his morning coffee without some in it. He is impressed with the results. It helps his workout, his mind and the way he rests. He tried different kinds and this is one of his favorite.What he doesn't like is that a dosage is so small that he runs out of it too soon.
