Honestly no idea if this is working in any wayBut and the reason this gets 5 stars. It's so relaxing. So so nice the gentle warmth feels so nice and has even helped me sleep.I feel the redish patch on my cheek is smaller and lighter and makes my skin feel nice.

Disappointed
There are very limited instructions in with the product. It does not tell you what each colour does or the best way to do it and what are the best type of products to use ? I can’t say if it works or not as I have only used I twice, I will research all the above questions

Cheap and no massage setting
This item does not have the features it states in the description. This is just a flimsy piece of plastic which lights up different colours. It also barely heats up.

Missing charger and does not have a white light setting
The charger is missing from the box on arrival.It also does not have all of the settings as listed in the images.It has an orange mode but no white mode.

This was the cheapest looking bit of plastic I’ve ever seen. Very poor Amazon. Please check your suppliers as this was just naff
