I bought this specifically to play poker at a birthday party for adults. The case is beautiful and as long as you do not throw it around, should be durable. The latches open easily but it would be nice to have something at least little on the top so you could easily define which way to open it without studying the latches. Maybe just the tiniest little tag on the top would make it easier to use without being obnoxious. The clay material the chips are made of, makes a beautiful clanking sound and have a nice heaviness to them so it gives you a sensory feel of being in a professional game. I really liked that it had extra space to put more packs of cards inside the case. It came with one but I was able to add 3 others and still keep all the dealer chip etc without making the case bulge. Between the area that holds the cards is a small opening that is perfect for putting the dice. I will probably never use those plus several of the other things it had but I'm sure others would. Can't say enough about the clay material used to make the chips. It's why I chose this set and not others. I didn't want those cheap plastic chips. The set is actually a very good value. Most of the ones I looked at were either far more expensive or had those cheap plastic chips. If just buying the chips separately they were still more expensive since this case came with 300. And yes I did count them. The ability to have everything all in one spot inside of a case makes this so easy to use and so much fun. The case is made out of metal on its edges and sides but the rest is a cardboard material. It's a thick cardboard material but still cardboard. It bends easily if overloaded. But since the sides and the corners are wrapped in metal I think you are covered for most normal hits.

The media could not be loaded. This poker set is pretty much everything you need for a great game night. It comes with an adequate amount of chips—enough for casual or more competitive games—and they feel solid and well-made. The cards are pretty standard and generic, but they get the job done just fine. The case is on the heavier side, but I actually don’t mind—it adds a sense of quality and durability. Whether you’re hosting a friendly match or something more serious, this set covers all the basics. Great value for the price and a solid addition to any game night collection!

Excellent gift. Colors were perfect. I bought one of these for my 14 yo son and one for my BIL for Christmas. Both were thrilled. The chips are heavy and good quality. It is easy to pack up and take with you anywhere. Fun to play, durable, all ages-highly recommend!

We played with these and it is a nice sturdy set, we didn't like the cards perfectly, but it was bearable, the only other comment could be is the locks on the door reverse? it really messed me up when I tried to open the box!

All the pieces feel solid, the case is well made. My only complaint is that the deck of cards feels very very very cheap. Cheaper than a dollar store deck of cards. Everything else feels amazing.

My children convinced me to buy this poker set, for 20 bucks I thought this thing was going to be cheap and all the chips would be plastic. I'm actually shocked. The briefcase is heavy metal, and all the chips are clay. What a fantastic deal. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the playing cards kind of a dumb design on them in a texture is just a little bit on the cheaper side, but with everything else in mind it's a fantastic deal.
