Factory new style rocker arms, all good!
Used 12 of these on the passenger side of my 2007 Ford Expedition. The engine had developed a very loud and constant ticking. One of the rollers on cylinder 4 rocker arm had seized due to wear. Others were starting to show signs of wear(see fordtechmakuloco videos on youtube) so I replaced them all. None of my lash adjusters were bad. The new rocker arms are upgraded to have a very small pin like hole where the oil squirts out compared to the old ones that had giant holes. This is supposed to increase oil pressure and lubrication to the roller. You'll need a valve spring compressor (OEMTools one is good) and most likely a new valve cover gasket to complete this job. Worked great, the engine is quiet and runs smoothly now, no more ticking. Truck has 290,000 miles and counting, 1500 since the repair with no issues.

Do not wait to replace a failing cam follower!
This rocker arm (or cam follower in Ford terminology) is the updated version that is supposed to help with the oiling problem that these Triton (5.4l and 4.6l) motors have. Most here probably use them in their 5.4l but I used them in a 4.6l. These are common fail points as the oiling hole is too large (low pressure) on the older model pictured here and therefore the rollers don't get enough oil. This is especially true on the rearmost rockers on the passenger side and they are usually the first to go (like in my case).I developed the common "ticking" noise associated with failing cam followers on a Thursday but couldn't replace them until Sunday morning. This is was 3 days and 200 miles looks like on a failed cam follower. Much longer and there would have been more extreme damage in the engine if the follower ate the cam. The one picture caused slight scarring on the cam.

The truck runs great with the new camshaft and rocker arms
I ordered several of these to replace rocker arms in a 2009 F250 5.4 l. All were used to replace rocker arms on the passenger side while I had the camshaft out to be replaced. One of the old rocker arm rollers had frozen and ground off the lobe of the camshaft. The truck runs great with the new camshaft and rocker arms. No issues at all.

EXPENSIVE
High quality oem roller followers, but I found a kit that FordTechMakeuLoco recommended that had 24 of these and 24 lash adjusters for 75% of the cost of 24 of these. Don't get these, get the kit with the 48 pieces.

One of the rocker arms didn’t come in a ford parts bag
I will give update if something goes wrong with them it’s just odd one did not come in ford parts bag. It just just put in shipping envelope. They do have the pin size smaller oil squirter hole that ford tech makuloco explained is better for more lubrication coverage. Excited to get them on.
