Herring Smoked

My family loves the taste of these herring fillets. They always come fresh and are very hard to find in stores. We like that they do not come in any sauce, just the natural oils.

I love that these were packed so nicely, they were firm and didnt taste fishy at all.. There are 2 large pieces of fish I could only eat 1/2 at a time..flavoring was excellent

These smoked Herring are good but not great. I have had better. I would not purchase them again

My friends and I would go to a bar after our military training with the NY Guard. The bar had a lot of free snacks including Herring. I wish I could find Herring with out oil, but the Herring I bought was pretty good. We sort of "blotted" away the oil with paper towels and it was almost like what we get get at the bar. By the way, after snacking on the "free" snacks, we would then buy a pastrami or corned beef sandwich and also a beer or two.

I tried few other i could find in the market but this is so far the best. Fish inside box is really delicious you don`t expect something in a can be this good but it is :) I will stick to this brand for sure. Search is over...

Great for snack

I love this stuff, by far my favorite canned herring. A little salty but more smoked flavor and firmer fish than the other brands I've tried. I like to eat it with...... a fork, and nothing else, tastes great straight from the can.
