Bought this lav microphone to get better sound quality for my planned vlogs filmed just on my smartphone. I am new to this world, and haven't compared to other microphones, but in comparison to the inbuilt mic on my phone or the hands-free mic headset that come with the phone I can definitely say the sound quality was on a whole new level. Did some testing while wearing the lav at lower chest level as well as attached to phone while held at arms length and it will pic up your voice loud an clear! Also tested with moderate level of music playing in the background and it still picks up your voice very well while also softly picking up the background music. Very glad it came with the furry wind protector as specifically need that option for outdoor use!

This is a fantastic mic quality, and has a headphone monitoring making it a simple pairing for console gaming.The product is made well, the only reason this doesnt receive a higher rating is the lack of a mute button.It has enabled me to use my senheisser HD579 open back head phones, now giving me supieror sound stage with a mic to match.

Brilliant little mic, good clear sound, plenty of cable and bits to hold it with. Used with a Macbook Pro as the mics on these is by the cooling fans, which with my use, are running all the time and make a loud hissing for listeners. Can put the mic other side of the desk, away from the noise.

Ok, let me sum this device up in a few words. The sound is great ,it cuts a lot of the wind noise out. I was recording on a beach on a windy day and you could hear my voice clearly. It's not very expensive and it appears to be well made. So to summarise - The Price is good, quality of the product is good and the sound quality is excellent.

Purchased this for use with work Zoom calls and the like. Until now I've always relied on in-built devices and headsets but as I'm presenting more having something discreet but that gives you good sound reproduction is what I was after. Nobody has noticed that I'm wearing a mic on the calls I've been doing but the sound quality has significantly improved. Good value for the quality. I just need to remember I'm plugged in when I get up as have a tendency to take my equipment with me!

I bought this Nicama LVM4 clip on microphone to replace a similar item that failed just weeks after using it. This item however feels very much more robust and the recorded volume seems louder. Something that was important to me was the ability to use the external mic AND to charge the phone at the Thame time. I was unable to do this on the previous item but I am happy to confirm with an additional splitter I can do both. So I'm very happy all round, great item with free accessories into the bargain!!!

This is a great product of you are on a budget but need that great quality, you will not be disappointed. I have used it for over 2 weeks now and people have already started to notice the professional sound quality and has been compared to a rode mike.

This is my first "cheap" microphone and I must say I am very impressed. My recorded voice is loud, clear and crisp. It doesn't pick up much noise which is also great. When you connect it to a laptop, you can also connect headphones via provided socket. Just what I need.My clients are so happy that I no longer speak through Dell's built in microphone. If you don't have one, buy it!
