I tried a number of frames from Amazon and from the high street at the end of 2018. Given the cons of this frame it was still the best performing one I found at this price point.I have several thousand JPEG images that contain EXIF Orientation metadata, which means the displaying device should rotate the image before display. Saving JPEGs this way is common on many digital cameras, phones and tablets. These images are correctly rotated in Windows Explorer, GIMP and other applications.Pros:This frame correctly handles the EXIF Orientation metadata, rotating the image before displaying it.Cons:The frame swapped the orientation (landscape to potrait and vice versa) of some images and stretched them, resulting in distorted images. I resolved this issue by saving this small number of images in GIMP with the correct orientation metadata.The frame intermittently failed to initialise when turned on with a USB stick inserted. Had to unplug and reinsert the stick to get the images on the stick to display. This problem didn't occur when I used a memory card instead of a USB stick.

I love this Photo Frame! But I have had issues when I had a power cut! It would NOT come back on properly. All I had was loads of lines going in different directions. I left it on for 30 mins and it seems to have more or less sorted itself out, with just the odd lines appearing now. Even though I have had issues, I would still recommend this Frame as it is very easy to use and just the right size for showing your photos.

I love being able to view all my photos whilst having them safely stored on a stick. I did have issues with some photos being stretched vertically but the supplier very helpfully explained about changing the ratio in settings. I now have optimum viewing for most of my photos although not perfect because there is still some stretching in a horizontal direction on others. If the stretched photos are turned through 90 degrees this solves the problem but not permanently as they will revert to how they were on exiting.

These digital picture frames are actually awesome! We've got so many family pictures all hidden away on a hard drive and finally they out in the open! We've been loving seeing the old photos of the kids, even videos too. This is a nice little gadget that is really worth getting hold of. My only wish would be that there were more choices for the frames... the black or white plastic options on the internet are pretty boring... what about some wooden frames or more modern chunky frames that look like something from Ikea etc? That would be much better. I'm actually thinking of mounting my digital unit in my own wooden frame for this purpose. Anyways, good decent product, that is well worth getting.

I've used a digital photo frame to display my photos for many years as I'm a keen photographer. I've been through a number of 'high end' frames and finally decided to ignore the branding and instead be influenced by user reviews, which led me to buying this frame. It's excellent. Simple to use with fantastic colours and picture quality. But the best feature is the '3D' effect which means that from any angle in the room your view of the screen is clear with no distortion. Great value for money.

We were running out of the space for pictures at home. So we decided to buy this frame. It it very easy to use. We didn't even read the manual (guilty as charged), we just plugged it in, put the SD card from our camera. Hey presto, all our pictures and videos on the camera were showing. The remote control is a good thing too. So we don't need to get up and physio move the pictures when we are showing them to our guests. It says we can claim 16GB sandisk too, which is another bonus.

Having bought the 14.1 inch version and wall mounted it as well as being really pleased with the results I thought I'd chance my luck and buy the smaller 8 inch version. Happily I can report it is every bit a good as it's big brother in picture quality and ease of use. Plus both having the capacity to take up to 32gb flash drives and memory cards I will be able to add loads more photos for years to come.

Nice purchase but doesn’t accept certain folders so you have to alter the files of your pictures or videos and you can’t switch between pictures and videos it either pictures or videos you have to shuffle.
