Nice cam except.... sold as new when it was not.
This concealed camera is very nice, the pan feature works well to capture those opportunistic moments and the charger is functional. The most concerning thing is after I opened the unsealed package and I went to install my own microSD card I found a microSD card already in it's place filled with videos/photos from previous owners. For reference I'm not talking about 5 or 10 but more like well over 100 videos... some very "compromising" and not what you'd want your neighbor/parents/friends to see or access. So the camera/device was sold as new when clearly it was not.

The software (app) seems to be the problem
This may be a great camera but I'll never know. In order to use this, you need to install a third party app that gives you access to the camera and its options. I installed the poorly rated app and like so many of its reviews stated it won't connect to the camera. I can connect via P2P with the camera but the app does not see the camera in order to add it as a recognized device.I called the CS number for WEMLB and I sat on hold forever waiting for a person then it just sent me to VM. What am I to do? I want to keep it, I want to use it, but it doesn't work so it's going back. Maybe invest in your own app that you have total control over.

Great camera for the price - would buy again and again!
Review of Left/Right 180 Camera:The company’s customer service was outstanding! They had an issue in the beginning but resolved it very quickly and efficiently and stood by their company technical support. After 42 years in the security industry, I have not seen any support group as good as theirs.Packing in box was very well done – black box was compact and classy, a very nice touch.The adhesive film that protects the camera is a nice idea but a bit too sticky. Perhaps a different brand of protective film in the future would be recommended.This camera is a bit larger for a covert or spy camera than I would have wanted but it functions very well and seems to be very stable. I am impressed and would buy another.The software running the cameras is very easy and straightforward to work with – nice job on that as well.The only issue was there was no free 16 GB card in the box as the instructional insert mentioned that there would be but after speaking to support they will rectify that.Overall: good product with outstanding support group.

Well worth the price!
The most eye-catching thing about this camera initially is the video quality. I have purchased some other similar charger cameras on Amazon as well, but this little one from WEMLB has the best video quality so far. It is not hard to get the camera work by following the instruction, even though the paper instruction is bit small. I also watched the tutorial videos on the seller’s blog to learn how to easily use the camera with all the functions I need. I have to say, if you want to know everything about the camera in short time, just go their blog directly to watch the related videos. It will be much easier.The app you need download is “BVCAM” and compared with another app which has been used for the mostly all other charger cameras – iminicam, BVCAM has the email notification function. I want to record all snapshots when there is an alarm, so this function is a must for me. I signed up a new Gmail account as the service sender, just as the seller suggested. Even the setting processes are bit complicated, I made it done in 10 minutes by following the tutorial videos. Not bad. Not all the sellers have support blog and videos, I really like this idea. Clever move!Good product, better app, and best customer support! In conclusion, I have no complaints at all. I may purchase one more for my kitchen.

Hidden Camera USB Charger
This little guy is really amazing. It is sturdy and of solid construction. I just plugged it into the outlet and added it to the BVCAM app. It was very easy. The camera pans right to left and vice versa. The picture quality is surprisingly clear. I can't see the camera lens even though I know it's there and I tried to look for it. The charger actually works too. With a charge cord no one would ever suspect it is a camera. I can leave the house and still access the video to see on my phone what's going on in the kitchen or wherever else I put it. This thing is worth the money. I recommend it highly.

Movable lense is a plus!!

Great little camera
Pros:InconspicuousFeature packedEasily controlled through the appCon:USB thumb drive included is not SD card as stated on the packageOverall, it is a great value compared to other cameras on the market and a lot easier to set up than others I have used in the past. I would definitely purchase it again

Works as described
I like that this can be connected to an outlet and anywhere that there's WiFi. If you go to hostels like me it's good to have this on the outlets of your bunk to keep an eye on your belongings. Works as described, I'll update with pictures as I use it more.
