Bought this hat for summer and for travel. Love it and have received many compliments on it. Great blue-ice color combination. I have a small head (6 7/8) so the adjustable tie inside is handy as the hat is too large otherwise. I've only flown with it once and wore it instead of packing it. Very elegant, stylish, and lends an air of mystery to the wearer. Great sun protection and didn’t make my head sweat.Stitching was a little sloppy with some extra threads left on the brim, but carefully using tiny scissors I was able to remove them without damaging the hat. Whew! Wish hat makers would put a place for name/email inside a hat in case it's lost. Removable band would be nice so I could personalize the hat and at $46 it should.Anyway, it's my new favorite summer hat. I get compliments whenever I wear it.

Fit perfectly as expected, love the style, arrived quickly. Wallaroo hats are very good quality, they offer great sun protection, comfortable, they still look great after much use from running around. This is my 2nd Wallaroo, I'm a fan.Just and update to my review: having worn this hat for about 1 year, I have to say I get so many compliments about it. I've taken it with me on many travels, just pack it flattened in my suitcase, when I get to my destination, unpack, reshape it and it looks good as new! Had it for 1 year and still in great condition and it's been with me through a lot of adventures. Easy to adjust with the strings inside the crown so you can tie to tighten or loosen for a perfect fit. I have a pretty good collection of hats, but this is probably my main go to hat that I grab most often, because it's just perfect in every way.

I purchased this hat for my Australia trip to wear sight-seeing. It was perfect. There were a few days where it was fairly windy and I was able to just tighten up the inner ties to keep it secure on my head (the only downside was having a 'dent' (line) across my forehead when I took it off). Otherwise, it was comfortable to wear and kept the sun off my face. It packed easily and kept its shape. Loved the color - a creamy white on top and the brim has a lovely tan color.

This is a well tailored hat. I am not going to pack mine. I use my Breton hat for travel. It crushes well. I have 2 Bretons. But this hat is perfection in style and structure. It will be my goto at home. I bought this hat in blue. My BFF tried it on and took it! Now I am going to buy another one of these, next in black. I wear Wallaroo hats every day to protect my sensitive skin on my face. I cannot imagine living without them. Thanks Wallaroo!

I have 5 Wallaroo fedora Hats and the brim on this model is the best!! Specifically the brim has a SLIGHT downward tilt. I have very short hair and when a brim that looks flat but flares above the ears, I look like the Fyling Nun. Now, I’ve seen other women with hair styles below the chin or longer who look great in that flare style brim, but not me. So I’m forever in search of the perfect brim.And the Kristy Style has great shape and the new color combinations are gorgeous. I first bought the Ivory/Ice Blue hat and it’s color combo is unique and stunning. Now I’m back again to get another color. I’ve packed other Wallaroo hats in my luggage and have had to steam iron the brim with starch to restore a flat brim. I’m a little leery of packing this one, just because I’d hate to lose the perfect brim.

I was looking for a cute hat that wasn’t the typical straw colored. This was it. I need a hat to wear at classic/hot rod event where I have to sit in the sun a lot. It’s cute, give good sun protection and is a light, summer weight. I would have given it a five star rating except for two things. I wish the brim was moldable to change the styling to suit me. And I wish it came in sizes. I have a small head so as designed the hat was too big. I was able to adjust with the pull-string the designed but it would be better to have a closer fit to begin with.

I usually look for more inexpensive hats. This time I wanted a certain style and quality. I looked at every hat Amazon showed. I also checked out eBay This hat just arrive and I am extremely pleased that the hat filled all my requirements. It has a pull string inside to use for my head size. The leather band upgrades the look as does the quality of the straw used in making it. The plus is the hat is a perfect sun blocker. I got the two-tone in the light color with a dark sand color brim.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, is because it doesn't have a strap. I love the hat, but it'll blow off in the wind. It's really cute and looks great. Where I live, the wind really blows, so I'll have to wear it on calm days and my other hats with straps on windy days. I got this hat because of the wider brim. I love the color and the look.

Hat very nice, looks flattering. It came up loose but the tie tape inside enabled adjustment for a good fit. Not worn it yet so can't comment on how well the UPF sun protection works. I hope it does, as this was the main reason I felt it worth paying more than I normally would for a sun hat - to prevent hair being bleached.

My wife fell in love with this when she saw it. And now she has it, it doesn't disappoint. Even I love it. Nicest hat she's ever had, beautifully put together. She is going to get the blue one when it comes back in stock. Fantastic hat.
