everything about this amp is superb
this is a lovely vintage looking amp that sound absolutely great, super value for money and totally portable as it is battery powered as to battery life I haven't had it long enough to comment but will update this reviewloads of features headphone for silent practice, tone ,volume and gain controls, an overdrive switch that really works, however at full volume there is some feedback but for the size of this amp I find this forgivable.I have tried this only inside. full marks to laney for producing such an awesome mini amp.so in conclusion if you're looking for a quality portable mini amp look no further I don't think anyone out there could make a better one for less

Better than I expected
I just wanted a micro amp for an upstairs room. Way better tone than I expected and I haven't even troubled the Tonebridge stuff yet.

a great piece of kit
Purchased for a friend who plays electric violin and wanted a small amp to take to sessions. Was actually smaller than expected, but looks good, and my friend reports the sound is excellent. and being battery operated, can be used for busking, or in sessions where there may not be electricity sockets handy. He's very happy with the purchase. I'm considering getting one for myself so I can take my electric slide guitar to sessions … these amps weigh next to nothing without the batteries in and the small size means they fit in gear bags !! excellent stuff!!

Unbelievably Great!
Great Sound! Unbelievable for its size! Used a p90 bridge pickup and it was sounding like the big boys! I tried to trick it but couldn't. You have to remember this combo is about the same size of a tab! Then I went on to neck humbucker, incredible rich sound on clean or overdrive, either way for the price and the size it's a overall winner! Also Inputs for phone /tablet and earphones. Over the years I've played many amps and the quality that comes out of this small combo was matched only by a Laney twin valve combo!

Doesn’t work with ToneBridge, maybe not the fault of the Amp
Handy desktop amp, good for one who has a tight budget. Can be used as a normal speaker. Sound is not bad and loud enough for practicing. The only problem is for some reason when I plug it to the iPad with Tone Bridge on, no sound is coming out.

Good little practice amp but I cannot get the LSI to work with Tonebridge
This little amp has a nice tone and good controls, ideal for quieter practice, however the LSI port that should allow me to select and use tones via the Tonebridge app simply doesnt work on my Iphone with a lightening to 3.5mm jack adapter, I have tried multiple adapters and none of them work which is really disappointing as this was one of the main reasons I chose this little amp. Otherwise its an OK little amp but one fo the key features I wanted was to be able to use Tonebridge.

Great little amp for the price.
The amp arrived the next day - very small and light. For it's size, the sound quality is remarkably good, both in clean and drive mode.I liked the retro look of the Lionheart version. After downloading the Tonebridge app, a huge range of guitar tones can be accessed. I've used the amp to boost the projection of my acoustic guitar at small venues, as well as a versatile practice amp at home. I bought the Laney extension power cable (£15) to save on battery use. Recommended - in fact it's so good, I wish I'd spent the extra £20 for the slightly larger version !

Just buy it, you will not regret it!
What a fantastic little amp! If you are considering it, just buy it! You will not be disappointed! It’s plenty loud for playing at home alone or with friends. The Tonebridge connection is so easy to change the sound and completely customise the tones. So much amp for a ridiculously low price!NOTE! If you have a newer iPhone then you need a good lightning to 3.5 adapter, I bought a cheap one that has a charge port also and it doesn’t work.

Klasse,vielseitig ,klingender,geiler vintagemäsiger,effektiver Tisch-mini-amp !!

Extremely Useful and Fun
This Amp is great as a stand-alone, but you can do a whole lot more. A free app for iTunes and Android allows you hook up your smart phone and search within the free app for your favorite guitar riffs and such and automatically configures the Amp to have that same sound, distortion, etc. I love and it would be a great gift for anybody.

Painfully Quiet
Now, quiet may not seem like a bad thing, but when you can barely hear it at full volume with your ear next to it, it's an issue. This is an issue I experience when using the tonebridge app. It forces me to use headphones when I use it due to how quiet the amp is.I play a semi-hollow guitar which completely drowns the amp out. In fact, for about two hours I thought it just wasn't working since I couldn't hear anything. The only thing saving it from one star is that it's at least functional to some degree. Besides that, it completely fails it's job to amplify the sound of the guitar.
