Rechargeable Torch Adjustable Focus, 5 Light Modes LED Bright Torch, Flashlight for Camping, Dog Walking, Power Outage

I purchased this to replace a Vansky torch that I had been quite happy with until I lost the lens on a late night walk and could no longer focus the beam.Initially, I was really disappointed with the amount of light generated by this torch, as its highest setting put out as much light as the lowest setting on the Vansky. I tried longer charging, fully discharging and charging for a few cycles, but nothing changed the output. It then occured to me that the Vansky also had an 18650, so I swapped out the battery and the difference was like day and night.This is a very solid torch for the money, it feels well made and has the weight you would associate with good build quality. Not sure about 1000 lumens, but it is pretty bright and would be very good value for money if it shipped with a battery that could supply the LED with enough power, which is why I have not given it a better rating. If it came with a better quality battery it would easily be worth a 4 star rating, as it is very bright for its price.So, my advice would be to only buy this torch if you have a spare 18650 kicking around or are willing to buy one to replace the rubbish supplied with the torch.

Normally when you buy torches at this price point, they tend to be underpowered or poorly built, which is why I was surprised when I received this one. It's solid and has sufficient weight to give a feeling of reassuring robustness. The entire shell is metal but it's still comfortable and lightweight enough to keep in your pocket and forget about it until you need it.The recharging feature is so convenient, I'm amazed it isn't a standard thing on torches! I can use my phone charger (micro usb), pull the focusing head forward and plug it in – less than a couple of hours and it's fully charged and ready to go again!This torch is exactly as bright as you'd expect for something of it's size, it does have the unfortunate little square effect when you focus the beam in fully, but that doesn't make it unusable. Pulling the focus back a millimetre makes it a perfect little focussed spotlight.The creators of this torch have thought of everything, I was pleased to find a separate AAA battery cradle as a backup for when you can't recharge the torch. This torch sits in my EDC bag and stays with me wherever I go now.

Great sturdy torch. Good size for carrying around. Bright light with different modes of flashes. Charges up quickly. Feels good heavy quality. I do a lot of walking and this will be useful use during winter. This is my second torch,my granddaughter used my first one on a school trip. She loved it that much she kept it. !

The light was bright. There was a problem with the battery life but communication with company was very good.

Handy torch for taking dog out at night. Beam not as strong and wide as advert says.

It's a superb torch, works very well, but if it hadn't been for a previous user saying the battery had a film over it, I would have never got it working. Once you've removed the battery from the inner tube, and removed the film, replaced the battery included and charged if necessary, it is a very useful torch indeed!

Amazing little torch. The adjustable beam is a real boon for me. Easy to charge once you get the hang of it and lasts me all week on one charge.

Happy to say what a good little touch! Will be handy when I'm out in the shed looking for random items or walking home from shopping.
