Solarmente estupendo
Wakawaka es GENIAL. Por si no fuera suficiente el apostar por energías renovables y limpias, tienes la gran ventaja de introducir la energía sola ren tu vida y ahorrar dinero en electricidad cargando dispositivos varios. Si que es verdad que la potencia no es tan grande como en otros cargadores, pero las placas captan la luz del sol incluso en días nublados (aunque a velocidad lenta), y pueden cargarte perfectamente el móvil, el iPad, el mp4... Además, es muy funcional para colgarlo de la mochila cuando vas de excursión, para tenderelo de un hilo en exteriores, o incluso para ponerlo en el tapón de una botella si necesitas que te alumbre en la oscuridad. Las luces funcionan estupendamente y necesitan poca batería; hay varias intensidades, y la más débil sigue siendo una buena luz para ver a oscuras. Además, si mantienes el botón principal apretado durante un par de segundos, las luces hacen la señal SOS en morse automáticamente (¡cosa que puede venir muy bien si vas de excursión o acampada y te pierdes!). Por último, el packaging del producto es libre de plástico (es el mismo libreto de instrucciones, inteligentemente montado en papel de cartón) y contiene un código que puedes introducir en la web del producto para, con tu compra, donar una linterna solar a personas del mundo que la necesiten (en proyectos de Chile, India, Uganda...). ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

No sé si será que no va bien o es así. No carga mucho después de tenerlo dos dias en el sol y eso que es verano y en España pega. No compraría el mismo al menos. Luego la filosofía de empresa sí

Light works great. Much brighter than the original WakaWaka
Light works great. Much brighter than the original WakaWaka, and the light lasts longer. Phone charging isn't so great. With the WakaWaka fully charged, it'll charge my Galaxy S5 to 60% before dying. I wouldn't trust the claim that it'll charge a smartphone 1.5 times. As a solar light, I would rate it five stars. As a phone charger, I would give it two. It would work to get a little extra life out of a smartphone for use in an emergency, but would not be sufficient for much more than that.Also, for some reason, the waterproof gaskets covering the USB ports are located on the outside piece of the tiltable stand. There is a gap between the stand and the actual USB port, which makes the waterproof gaskets pretty much useless since water can get in between the stand and the main piece of the WakaWaka. This seems like a major design flaw.

A vastly superior product upgrade to an already superior product
They've outdone themselves. A vastly superior product upgrade to an already superior product. The new WakaWaka is smaller, lighter with a better cover of the solar cells and two output ports. Also, enjoy to new notched rather then free swinging hinge allowing for better hold. A great product.
