Nicely made, durable for aluminum
Demon makes a solid snow shovel. I've been using a previous version around the house/car for about 10 years, and it hasn't failed yet. The blade is wearing thin in places due to plenty of concrete scrapes, but that's to be expected for an aluminum blade. On this new shovel I like the relatively long length and the addition of a saw. I also like the flat leading edge of the blade which works great for my typical uses. I consider this a great shovel for motorized snow travel, to keep in your car, or around the house. I have a much lighter shovel for backcountry skiing, though this one would probably work if you aren't going too far (e.g., "side country").Update Jan 2020: Only issue is saw blade in handle interferes with shaft spring a bit, preventing both buttons from locking completely, though the handle still stays together. I may shave 1/4" off the saw blade to alleviate this.

Awesome
I used this shovel on my mountain sled and it got a lot of use, I mean a lot. Yes the saw broke on me but it is a saw. At the end the handle did bend on but the amount of use it got I am going to get another one.

Haven't used it but I like it.
I bought it to keep in a motor home or even in any vehicle or on a snowmobile. The only thing I don't like is that the scraping edge is curved and not flat. Not ideal for removing snow from the roof of a motor home.
