Electric Fuel Pump E8591 Compatible with Mazda 3 Sport 2.0L 2.3L 2004-2009 GS GT GX I S SP23 Mazdaspeed Hatchback Sendan 4 Door Intank Electric Fuel Pump

I brought this fuel pump for my Mazda do to my cars original one had a big hole in the hose and Its been running great haven’t had any problems with it.

I'm happy now, the first pump I ordered did not function properly, After letting them know they immediately sent me a new pump, the new pump works perfectly. Originally I was skeptical about this $55.00 pump but I would reccomend it.Update: Bought January 5th, 2019. It's August 20th, 2020 and still going strong

I ordered this fuel pump for a 2005 Mazda 3 with a 2.3 L Engine. The pump look identical and seem to have all the parts and pieces of the old Pump that I wanted to replace. Big problem is that the New Pump have a smaller diameter Flange on top and the seal diameter is bigger. The old pump has a flange about 6" inches in diameter and the new pump has about 5 1/2 " diameter. The new flange will not cover the seal and will cause it to definitely leak.

Mazda 3 O-Ring (gasket) was $38.00 and had to be purchased separately. I'm not really complaining; just commenting that the total cost of the job doubled because the o-ring cost more than the fuel pump.

I like it very much coz it fits my friends' Mazda .I'm so happy I help him out by gettinga quality auto parts!

Just found out this pump does NOT have the correct flow rate for my car. I have a 2007 Mazda 3 2.0. I assume it’d be the same for others with same engine. This pump puts out 29 gallons per hour which is 110 liters per hour. My car calls for 46 gallons per hour which equates to 174 liters. Don’t not buy this product it is too weak. And can cause serious damage if prolonged use.
