Horrible product to use due to complexity of pairing ear buds to one another. I consistently have to repair buds together and then pair headphones to phone, hoping both buds would work simultaneously. I waited to long to return them. I tell you one thing though, once you get them working properly, they are an awesome pair of headphones. Just having a major issue of pairing them together and with iPhone. UPDATE: company contacted me after this post and sent me a better pair of headphones. However, i had another issue with those buds. But the excellent and exceptional customer service by the company made the situation so much better. I appreciate Elaine for contacting me and offering better product without the cost and even offering me a refund when i was not happy about the second product. You don’t get service like this from bigger and more established companies. And because of their quick response and eagerness to please the me, the consumer, i rejected the refund offer. Thanks again Latow and Elaine.

These worked great for the first month. No issues, sound was awesome, microphone for calling worked well. After the first month, the right earbud started dropping out every once in a while. Sound would cut out, then come back. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Started getting progressively worse, then I found the issue was probably with the left earbud as it is having charging issues. I’ve tried lifting, wiggling, and resetting the bud on the charger to no avail. Every once in a while it will charge and then work again. I’ve tried to find contact information for Latow, but haven’t had any luck. If I can get the earbuds replaced since I’m pretty sure they’re defective, I’ll change my review. As of now they’re a headache to use.Update: 10/10/18Reduced to one star from two stars. The left earbud no longer works at all and I’ve been unable to find any contact information for the company. Complete waste of money since they only lasted a couple months. Sounded great while they lasted.

I bought this item so I can take it anywhere. To work, the gym etc.Its pretty much worth the money if you don't want to fork out over $200 bucks for a name brand one.Sound Quality is awesome. Has enough bass for me and gets pretty loud.It comes in a packaged box with a charging cable,instructions and various sized earpieces.The rubber earpiece that the headphones came in fit my ears perfectly.Ive been using the charging case a lot too last for about 3 hours for me but its not completely dead.Calls sound crisp and clear and you can skip songs by double tapping the button.Pros:SmallPortableCharge lasts a whileClearLoudSmall charging case.Cons:Started to cut out in the right earpiece after a while but its hit or miss.Update 09/10/2019Left earbud no longer charges in the dock. Only the right side works now.

I’ve had these Latow earbuds for over a month and still work like they should be. I like how small they are, hey might look a little bulky but they really are a perfect fit for the ear. Very light weight, and the charge last for a few days in talk time. For music I’d say about a little over 3 hrs haven’t really put them to the text all to much. You can use both buds or if your preference is only one then you can also do that. I normally use one, the best thing about these is that the little black box it comes in is actually a portable power bank as well so as soon as you run out of battery one one you can simply pop it in and use the other while that one chargers. I love them. I’m so glad I didn’t go with a more expensive brand names ear piece these works just as well as the name brand ones... give it a try, for the price I can say you will be satisfied, the volume on is is pretty loud also.

I really wanted to like these, battery life is great considering they are so small.They don’t fit my ear shape that great but totally compatible. They are difficult to pair compared to other Bluetooth items.The big problem is the right earbud audio constantly cuts out when using both at the same time. Super annoying.UPDATE 27 OCT 2018Impossible to get the earbuds to connect to each other. It seems the manufacture has given up and isn’t answering request for support.

It takes a little while to understand the master / slave set up of the wireless earbuds. It worked for me the first time but then somehow i made both of them master so they wouldnt pair with each other.After resetting them, I was able to pair them again. Overall good headphones, sound quality is satisfactory and the volume is loud, better than my old pair. Satisfied with purchase, love the battery case it comes with it, no more wires!-- Update 06/07/2019 - The left earbud seems to have stopped charging. I cannot get it to charge anymore and finally gave warning that it was low on battery and now it wont turn back on and still cannot seem to charge. It was good while it was working but has since stopped working

These wireless headphones are on par / compete with the much more expensive Bose wireless Sound Sports pro.The highs/lows are a little bit of a lower quality, but most people won’t notice this.However, to make up for this they have a few pros;The smaller size form factor, and the fact that the battery lasts longer then my Bose headphones is a HUGE plus for me. Only $30! If i knew about these sooner, I would have saved $200 on the Bose.
