I read the other reviews and thought this may actually be useful... it really is for just fun and learning... not acutally sewing. The unit stops randomly and is not consitent. I am not much of a reviewer but wish someone would have let me know this before I bought it.

No lower thread and you have to thread and tie down the thread by hand to complete at the start and end of the sew otherwise it will just pull out. Watch videos thoroughly prior to purchasing. Very difficult and often still pulls out.
