Best step ladder I've ever had
This letter far exceeded my expectations. For the first time I feel confident walking up and down a step ladder. Not only is it more sturdy but the design features makes it a joy to use. The railings on the side assist in claiming up and down, but they also serve as a balance point that I lean on slightly as I work, which helps me to be more steady. The top railing is a safety feature in case I lose my balance I can always quickly reach down and grab that. The steps are wide and deep making it comfortable even being barefoot. On top of all that, it's the easiest step ladder I've ever had to put up and take down. It's effortless.

Great and safe ladder
Study ladder, I feel very safe using it :) directions were a little hard to read/fine print and to follow, but I was able to it. Had a hard time putting the top section on as the tubular metal parts were slightly off so I had to really force it together, but that’s all. It’s a little heavier to carry than I’d like, but it’s a great solid ladder. Great price on Amazon too.

Awesome ladder
I do windshield repair. I'm on a ladder multiple times a day. Have owned many ladders in my 30 years. This ladder, hands down, is the best one I've ever had! Love the depth of the steps for foot comfort. The width of this ladder makes it very stable. Easy to open and close too. Not hard to carry either.

Quality Ladder
Don't pay attention to the direction parts list, there are enough screws and bolts to assemble the ladder, actually there are too many nuts and bolts that come with the ladder. Just go ahead and assemble the ladder but if you can't figure out how this thing bolts up then get someone to help you assemble the ladder. sending the ladder back is a hassle and there is enough parts in the parts kit that comes with the ladder to assemble it. Nice high quality ladder ,wide steps which I like . For the money I think this ladder is a super deal.
