FABULETTA Air Fryer is such a great and versatile appliance.Food goes into the vessel with a "crisper plate" tray placed at the bottom. They boast the large capacity of 6.5 qt. but in reality its rather limited in space (especially with their 'max level' which prevents overfill). I can cook meals for two but I don't think it's big enough for preparing quantities that will feed 3 or more people.Super easy to operate. There are so many options from preheating, frying, and cooking, to deydrating, defrosting, and baking. I've used it for baking chicken, cooking vegetables, heating sandwiches, and making hard boiled eggs.Their user manual makes it quite simple to function. You have the ability to adjust temperature and adjust time. The manual provides a chart that shows the temperature that each type of food will be cooked at (i.e. bacon, seafood, steak etc.)I'm impressed with how well this fryer operates. You can pause and then automatically resume cooking. There is an auto shut off and an overheat protection that will display on the LED dashboard.The consistency of the cooking is impressive. To be honest, I'm not a fan of frying, but the ability to air fry has changed my opinion. I've fried sweet potato and it tasted fabulous.They include a wide range of recipes (which is where I found the sweet potato fries!). I'm trying their zucchini fries next, followed by the breakfast pizza. That sounds delicious!FABULETTA Air Fryer is an excellent appliance - highly impressive construction and functionality, and incredibly capable at handling a wide range of meal preparation. This unit far exceeds my expectations and is a great value.

Been shopping for new air fryer to replace original Ninja Foodi Grill. Ninja still works great but wanted a newer model with more features. Ninja made chicken wings to perfection so needed to find another one that could make them just as good.Fabuletta - Tested with 4 whole chicken wings (my preferred portion) which fit nicely in one layer in the basket. Followed directions/procedures for time and temp in the recipe book that came with this air fryer. Being able to see the contents of the basket through the clear window (doesn't seem to be glass, though) was great as well as being able to turn the interior light on and off. After several minutes a nice little beep told me to "shake", so I turned the wings over to finish the cooking. The results were perfect! As good as my original Ninja! Chicken cooked thoroughly to make it easy to separate the 3 sections of each wing. Wing tips were very crisp and crunchy (just how I like them) and the rest of the wings were also very nicely crisped and well done. Fabulous!Basket and tray washed easily in Dishwasher. No issues there.Today - I hope to try a small piece of steak to see if it works better than another model I recently tried which did "broil" the half inch thick piece of tri-tip to a perfect medium rare, but the outside surfaces of the meat were not broiled (seared/charred) in the way I'd hoped.The only Con so far is that this Fabuletta is very lightweight so tends to move around when trying to insert or remove the basket. Have to use one hand to hold machine in place as I use my other hand to push/pull the basket. It does have "non-slip" feet, however, they don't seem to make a good grip on my tile counter.Basket dimensions are 9 1/8 inches square and 4 inches deep. Dimensions overall of this model are slightly less wide than another model I'm trying. Very helpful in my small kitchen. Very compact and space saving.Outside surfaces got warm during cooking, but never hot.Control panel buttons are colorful, nicely illuminated and laid out.It is a bit louder than other models I've tried recently, but not annoyingly loud. And definitely not as loud as my original Ninja Foodi Grill.So far - results are very good. Will continue to test other foods and functions and hopefully update this review as I go along.
