I have been searching for a bag for quite sometime where I can use a thin backpack to carry laptop and few essentials on my daily commute to office but then can expand it when I am travelling for an overnight journey. Most of the bags I have come across are quite expensive (£100+) and not with good reviews. This bag fits that need almost perfectly. I will explain why its almost!!Overall, it’s a good product for the price. Build quality appears to be excellent. Arrived within a day even with free delivery. The product comes as three parts as shown in the picture. The backpack is common and the user can change the front fascia depending on the occasion.The backpack - Its grey in colour and appears to be made of canvass type cloth material. It has a big pocket for laptop with cross straps to hold the laptop in its place and a smaller pocket for documents/papers. The smaller pocket is fairly thin such that it can probably hold 15-20 sheets of paper max. On the other side are two small pockets for other things and few elastic straps to hold pen/pencil etc. Overall, the space is very limited with hardly enough pockets to classify stuff. One important point to note is that the zip to open the bag is attached to the side which touches users back (opposite side to almost all other bags I have come across). This means user has to remove the bag completely, invert the straps somewhat and then open the bag. This is not very difficult but is cumbersome.The 2 front fascia come separate. One has a hollow, suitcase-like space so that can be used for travel. The other has a big pocket where you can keep other stuff. They are attached to the main bag by a zip which appears to be robust and I expect it to last long.My likes about this product are- Removable nature of the front fascia making it extremely versatile for everyday use- Build quality- Extremely light such that empty bag appears to have very little weight- Cloth material making it comfortable on the back and shouldersMy dislikes and watchouts- The one I purchased was grey in colour which looks very trendy but not very professional for corporate use. I suspect the black colour might look better but there was no option to buy black bag with 2 front fascia. I recommend the seller to make it available.- If you use only the laptop bag then the chain that connects it to the front fascia remains visible. This ruins the look for what is otherwise an excellent looking product.- The ability to connect headphones and battery charger is a bit gimmicky in my view. If one is using headphone and want to change song then they will have to take the phone out which is several times more difficult than taking it out from pocket/purse. As for the battery charger, the space inside the bag is anyway limited so I am not sure I want to waste it with a battery charger.But overall, I will still give it 5 starts because its hard to find faults with this and buy something with thif functionality at this price.

1) I was disappointed because I was left to believe that you can put all the extetions up at once. You can only use one of them at a time.2) The built-in USB cable although the devices say that they are getting charged, they never increase their battery. Most probably the cable is defective and of course it's not replaceable since it's built-in3) The pudding in the straps is extremely thin making it not very comfortable caring the bag around, especially with weight.
