CLY USB Endoscope 3 in 1 USB Otoscope Wifi Endoscope (USB Endoscope)

This device was easy to set up and use. I bought it to look under my house working through an air brick. However, it is very difficult to control where the camera is pointing and the light source wasn't really bright enough to illuminate the space. I would need an additional light source. The mirror device works well in natural light or with an independent light source but it doesn't work well with the LEDs round the camera. I'm sure that I will find the device useful in other applications.

Works well. Don't use QR code to down load app - comes with adverts. Type wifi image noting the space which is not clear in the so called manual.

23rd May 2018 @ 10:10pmReceived this item today, ordered on 22nd May 2018.I will delay my full review and come back to this.I have an Samsung A5 Early version (Android 6.01 latest version for this phone ) and, read the tiny instruction manual which seem okay in the surface of things but, if you don't have a QR Code scanning program on your phone, you have to go download one and even then, it would not pick up the QR code on the back of the Control Box. The silly thing is, the QR Code would be better placed within the manual.So from a person who's never used one of these, it could be better explained.So I've downloaded a QR Code scanning software from Google Play Store, scanned the QR Code.** Installing the software, be sure, if you are using an "Android" to go into Security and allow to download from Unknown sources, however, you are at risk of viruses if you don't have an Anti Virus program.Installation of the software failed me twice, but 3rd time it did.Now trying to use it, I've opened up the software loaded to my phone and having issues. I decided to put the thing on charge and low and behold, it then came to life, looks like the item was in need of a charge, which, did not impress me, you'd think these things come at least half charged and not totally a dead battery.I did get it to work, followed the rest of the manual, but the control box needs a charge and will resume this review and if the stars need an uplift, i will be honest and do this fairly, but right now, it deserves 2 stars!24th May 2018 @ 1:35amThis will be going back.I am constantly now getting "USB needs to access data on this device"!Why their software needs to access data on my device to work doesn't fill me with joy or why it is even saying that. I also am getting USB connection failed and have disconnected then reconnected. I get visual for a few moments before that message reappears.For some odd reason, I need to keep going into "Tethering and Mobile Hotspots" to keep reselecting "USB Tethering" which is what you need to tick/check the box for this to work. For me, this keeps unticking itself and stopping me using this product which is already a total pain in the .......I also get "Reminder - PLease check USB Connection is disconnected" yet the cable is tightly connected.I reckon i have a faulty item, as every time I touch the Inspection cable the above message keeps appearing.What I can say about this, i know it's 720p but it isn't that great quality, I have found it hazy and not that clear at all.THIS WILL BE GOING BACK and it is only getting ONE STAR!!!

Delivery is very timely, very satisfied, the product is also very satisfied, because I just can use it, my attic key is bad, like going in and looking for something, but can't get in, just use this camera to see what I want to see inside, And my washing machine can also use this camera, I feel very satisfied.

I like its semi-rigid cable. It works very well with Iphone X. I used it as a “guide wire” to drop the dash cam cable on the passenger side of rhe dash board after removing the front left pillar trim. The camera head gets very warm though.

Great quality but keeps dropping connection.. needs a better quality usb cable and laptop connectivity.

Good piece of kit but get poor image on 45degree lens

This product has come in really handy at work. Good value and the image is surprisingly good quality, simple instructions and am easy setup means I was away in about 5 minutes.
