My hair is waist length, fine, and dry on the ends but normal otherwise. I didn't see a difference using it than I've seen with any other mask. Having only used it three times I will continue to use it and try to update my results later.

Works great. I bleach damaged my hair about a month ago and it's fine when I use heat on it but when I wake up from sleeping it's matted and dry AF ,I've only used this mask once for 20 minutes and I woke up this morning with my hair so smooth , not oily, and not matted just normal tangles. I WILL ALWAYS recommend this mask now . Saved my hair from further breakage.

Well, this fixed all the problems. Hair is smooth, doesn’t frizz up, doesn’t tangle and air dries like a boss with a heatless curl tie. This is the one item I would take on a desert island.
