My journey in Middle Earth
Only had them for a few days so my opinion can change. They are a good fit and spacious around my toes but as I have wide ‘hobbit’ feet and are still a bit snug on the sides, however, the material is soft and they are the most comfortable trainer I’ve worn. Will definitely buy another pair as long as they can stand the test off time.Come on Sam, off to Mordor we go.

Great for all weather
These shoes are barefoot-style, featuring a removable insole that transforms them into a true 100% barefoot experience. They are waterproof, making them ideal for wet conditions. Crafted from synthetic fibre rather than leather they are comfortbale even in hot weather. They are brilliant at keeping your feet dry during cold, wet weather.

Good Value 'Barefoot' Shoe
I love 'barefoot' shoes and my feet now hate normal shoes, but I am sick of paying £100 for shoes that don't last.I do at least 10,000 steps a day, mostly on roads, pavements, or tracks so I am tough on shoes... but...These are well priced and we're comfy straight on. They aren't as weird looking as some 'barefoot' designs and in black would make a great work or school shoe. I'd prefer real leather for breathability and durability but it's decent fake leather and soft so I hope it won't crack.True to size.Overall, a good budget or intro 'barefoot' or minimal shoe.

Most important thing is value for money ,and the appearance of the shoe .
I liked the look of the shoe and when they arrived they were very comfortable and smart looking.

Trainers
The trainers looked comfortable, buts also very plasticky. This wouldn’t have mattered if the wrong size hadn’t been sent.

Best barefoot shoes I've had!
These are excellent, water resistant, look fantastic, comfortable, nice and wide mid to forefoot, flexible and great to walk in. If you're looking for barefoot shoes then look no further, you won't find better unless you start spending 4x as much on vivobarefoot shoes, which in my mind is completely unnecessary, as the quality of hobibear bear is just as high.

Not a bear-foot shoes
I was expecting bear foot shoes. These shoes look pretty , but though I took 1 size bigger than the usual, they are too short. They are wide enough but not long enough. But my main issue is they are not bear foot and the sole is solid. I’m sending back

Bought as school shoes, all tests passed!!!
So the school contains both teachers and policies not educated enough to know that normal shoes crush toes inwards and eventually result in mis-shaped feet, knee problems and back problems. These are barefoot (ie: feet land flat on the ground instead of the heel being 5mm or more higher than the toes) and have a thinner sole so the wearer can 'feel the ground'. Equally important, they have a wide toe box. Turn them upside down, they are foot shaped. Turn your shoes upside down. Are they foot shaped? No. So I get a regular pair of barefoot wide toebox black shoes for my son, and the school says no. You can't wear these. They're not leather (apparently they need to be leather to protect their toes incase something falls on them. Pretty sure that's what a steel toecap does..). Now leather shoes like this from other brands are ridiculously expensive. These are not, they pass the glare test as he walks into the school gates in the morning, and he gets to be comfortable all day. I get away with mine in the office, so I'm happy with them too. They are good quality, soft material, very comfy and I'd highly recommend them. Also they help you pass tests. Dunno why. Shoes logic.
