Have wore same pair for 2 weeks and washed it 3 times still in great condition like new.

The large is equal to xxl. I should have gotten a medium. The elastic bands around legs and waist are not really snug and don’t actually help hold the underwear up and fit like shorts. People buy these in order to avoid ruining clothing or mattresses with their incontinent episodes. I bought these for my autistic teen daughter to wear over her pull-ups at night in order to avoid getting her numerous mattress protectors soaked and ruining another mattress (and creating even more laundry). If these companies made one good product they would have so many customers. I’ve tried nearly every product available.The picture is against a standard 24inch towel rack. They are huge.

As a cautionary note, I previously ordered Mediums out of habit and not looking at the size chart.The Medium is more of a Small by measurement from other manufactures. Lesson learned. I ordered both a Size Lrg and Xlrg 10 pack. There is very little difference between the two sizes other than the Elastic Waist and Leg opening stretch capabilities. Larger sizes generally mean more room in the seat and crotch material used. (This is why I dinged 1 star. Larger sizes should actually be larger.)The EVA material is "Crinkly", whisper light, has some elasticity and are fairly transparent. They're Semi-Steamy but not "Swamp Butt" sweaty. They seem more resistant to body oils and acids from direct skin exposure. They're easy to hand clean, towel and hang dry. I don't wear a disposable liner or adult diaper as yet, so for those who do, be sure to use a cloth tape measurement over the undergarments you may use before choosing a Size. At this price point, I'd recommend to others on restrictive budgets who're looking for an additional layer of dampness control, or just for the enjoyment of wearing them.Note To Mad Johnson: You may want to go with diaper covers that snap up/closed. Slide them on and off more easily without destroying them. You can't tug on them like a baggage handler at the airport.
