Fastener not reliable
The fastener is a hassle to deal with. If there was an option to have it permanently attached to the unit, it'd be very helpful.

The long bars to connect the carrier downward is not there as in the picture, placed replacement request, but they need whole product, if so why do i need to submit replacement request. Very bad service by seller as well as Amazon. Worst quality products

Light weight but strong. Easy to fit though it is not meant for this duel shock bicycle. Necessary tools are included including packing materials for the fixtures. Loos too good. Very useful for carrying small loads conveniently.
