Wonderful healthy alternative to Tigerbalm.
The value is there for the money but as with all organic products it is pricier. I found it worked just as well as Tigerbalm I have used for years but with a lighter scent. It is excellent if you are going somewhere to not announce the fact you have muscle pain!!! If you are like me and older with serious pain issues it is really nice to know that you are not smearing petrochemicals all over yourself. i would recommend this product and will buy again!

Love this more than tiger balm.
So when it comes to the balm for pain relieving and what not, I absolutely love it! The scent isn't as strong as the tiger balm that I've previously used which is so great because it doesn't give me that like overly powering sensation of an icy/mint feeling when I breathe it in. It smells amazing and is actually a very soothing and relaxing scent as if you've just walked into a spa with different aromas. I love the fact that it isn't a completely smooth texture and has a little bit of a grain in it but you can only really tell when you're scooping it out of the jar. Once you're running it on your skin, it seemed completely smooth. It doesn't feel like an overwhelming icy hot on the skin which is fabulous so it isn't feeling like it is almost a burning feeling when I put it on. I used it on my sore muscles on my shoulders/back as well as my neck. I would say that it got the job done and helped me feel more relaxed and relieved once I had applied a good amount on the sore/kinked area. I don't know if it will be like this for everyone but about 30 minutes after the initial use of the balm I went ahead and applied more as I noticed it is not as greasy of a paste how other pain relieving balms are so I did have to go back in to apply more but I think for an every day light use, one time would be fine rather than reapplying it. Granted, I'm very grateful that it isn't greasy because I felt like I could put my clothes back on right away without it sticking to anything and having that slimy feel to it for an hour after I applied it as other ones have in the past. It definitely didn't leave any "grease" stain on my clothes either which is something I am even more grateful for. In regard to the amount that comes in the jar, I feel for the price that it is listed as is reasonable and a good offer for what you get especially since it is organic and there isn't anything harsh in it for your skin and it leaves almost a shine/highlight on your skin after your apply it that gives your skin this gentle glow. Of course it isn't $7 from target but it isn't $50 either so I'm glad there's a median for it and that it is affordable. Last thoughts on this, I love that it is glass, compact and easy for travel or just to put in my bag as well as it just being a locally owned company. There isn't anything more reassuring to me than knowing that everyday people actually put the effort into this product and making it as beneficial as possible for the everyday person without adding anything harsh to it. If possible, I would like to see this come in a stick form in the future for a different type of apply to the skin with a heavier consistency so it isn't messy but different varieties are always nice.

C-Section Quick Pain Relief - Stretch Mark Calming
I wasn’t expecting much from a pain balm as I am recovering from a c-section, with pretty serious pains in my lower abdomen. First time I rubbed it on, it numbed both the pinching and dull pain in the area. I also have stinging sensations from stretch marks touching my clothes- they formed rather quickly in the last two weeks of pregnancy so they’re “raw” feeling. I rubbed a small amount on the stripes and they stopped giving me issues and I was able to relax.I noticed from other reviews that a lot of pain relieving balms have an unpleasant medicine odor, but this one smells fresh and nice. I have already repurchased a large jar as I received the sample size as a free gift with purchase of another product.I love the other Khroma Herbal products I’ve used and will continue to try more as they all work so well, and have multiple uses (in my opinion.)

fine product- recommended for osteoarthritis
As someone with both a bouncing baby ulcer AND osteoarthritis, my options for relief from inflammation are limited. It is my hope that this review will help others who are in the same little boat!I was curious to try this cream and am finding it is comforting to use with mild tendinitis. The cream is slightly gritty as you take it out, and rubs smoothly and very easily into your skin with minimal effort. Scent is slight and wears off after about an hour, so you can safely put this on before getting dressed for work. This cream does not "over-heat" like products such as Icy-Hot, for which I am grateful. I find those products really painful and let's just say a bit dangerous to any mucous membranes that wander into the scene. My sense after about a week of use is that Banja Balm is mild and effective for use on inflamed tendons (it's intended use), but less effective for sore joints (not so much the intended use). So no false advertising. Nothing "cures" osteoarthritis, it's a condition we have to manage, made tricky by not wanting to over-use NSAIDS or inhibit healing of your body recovering from workouts. I would recommend the use of this cream for mild relief and frankly for a "good feeling". The company is clearly ethical and dedicated to creating healing products. You can "feel the love" when you use this carefully crafted product. One note for those with gastric ulcers: this product does contain Arnica Flowers. Arnica works much like stronger NSAIDS by decreasing prostaglandin production. Prostaglandins are part of the inflammatory cascade, so by decreasing production of these small lipids you decrease inflammation. However, you also decrease production of the protective coating of your stomach, making you more susceptible to ulcers. I have not had any such problems with this product, unlike using arnica gels alone. So, use with care, and hopefully this will work for you, too.

Not sure if good or bad
I want to start out by saying I personally did not notice a great deal of pain relief from this. However, I do not think that makes this a bad product, and the scent is nice. I am used to the pain relieving strength of extra strength tiger balm, and did not find this to be a good substitute. Although my pain levels made me have to stop working, so I would put them in the severe category. This product may work perfectly for normal muscle pain, or everyday aches just fine. The value was good, and I recommend anyone to try this before making a decision about it. The return process was easy, and I am grateful that it was available to me.
