Brought this last December and it was quite a nice rug. It was actually a nice cream colour. The quality was good, nice & thick. However, I recently thought about buying the same one again. Turns out it came as a totally different rug”! Different colour... more like a dark beige... it’s bad quality, looks scruffy and basically it’s just awful and ugly looking. Tried contacting them about this but after all the hassle wit them, we decided not to send it back as they wanted full postage money aswell again for sending it back and said there is nothing they can do about the stock picture which shows the old nice rug”. Don’t buy from them, it’s not what u see in the picture anymore. It’s a terrible rug “!

I ordered this rug on Sunday and it arrived yesterday afternoon! I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly - great service.The rug is just perfect for my lounge. It was rolled up so obviously needed to settle down but no problem with any stubborn creases or odd smells which some customers have mentioned in previous reviews. It is a thick pile, beautiful bright cream tones and lovely to walk on (although no one is allowed!) and smells like a new carpet. I would recommend it. I was looking at similar rugs in Next and this one was also £70 cheaper than an equivalent style.Very happy, bring on the winter evenings!

Very comfortable and looks great but not the softest (not that I expected to be considering the price). It’s not a very heavy rug so the edges when first paid out will curl up a bit but this was easy to fix by just leaving a heavy book on the corners overnight one time. I have a desk chair with wheels on mine and a couple weeks in I haven’t noticed any damage to the carpet yet so it it’s actually more durable than I would have expected.

This rug came 'rolled' and not folded compared to other sellers on here! Already a big plus! Colour (Ivory cream) is great. Rug is thick and looks natural. I highly recommend it! Go like me for the largest size, the effect is even better!

Don't understand the bad reviews.. I bought 2 of the small size for bedsides as they were cheap so wasn't expecting too much - now wish I'd bought larger ones as they're lovely. Don't have the weight of an expensive rug so you may need an anti slip mat underneath, but they're warm and thick under bare feet. Great value.

Arrived quickly. I wanted a small cozy replacement after my puppy destroyed last rug. This exceeded my expectations! looks and feels great quality. Nice and thick pile. Takes 2/3 days to go completely flat after couple of hooves. would buy another one for sure.

Rug great quality, but the larger 2 of 4 I purchased, have been down for weeks, and can’t seem to get rid of the roll creases, despite daily vacuuming, and putting out in the sun.The backing is very hard, great for wear and tear, not sure when they will flatten.

Very poor quality. Plus I had additional 14.50 euro for delivery and nearly 19.00 euro to return it. Never had delivery or return charges while buying through Amazon before. Rip off.
