You are in control.
This is a great training collar! With the option of sound, vibrate and shock, you pick and also the intensity of vibrate and shock. If the "shock" feature concerns you , can place the rubber covers over the posts and that makes it impossible to shock your dog. My dog has hearing issues and possibility will go deaf. I've been teaching her that the vibrate means to look back to me, then I can give a hand signal for what I want her to do. Believe this training will be priceless if she loses her hearing!

Great bark collar!!
This bark collar works great. I haven't needed to use the shock portion and I like that the sound and vibration work so well. I prefer no pain and am very happy it works so well without the need to shock, but it's there if you need it.

as we would like to return it
We have received 2 of these collars. Both of them stop taking a charge within 14-21 days!What an awful experience. Enyee has yet to contact us about the second collar not working, as we would like to return it!

Works great
Good just a discribed! She a 10lb dog so we didn't use it on high setting at any point with her. The vibrate was strong and enough of an attention getter.

Good trainer.
Works great. My only complaint is that I accidently keep changing to the second collar even though I don't have a second collar. I always have to check which collar number it is set to transmit to. Otherwise I'm very happy wit it.

Didn't work
Beeping noise only ads to my frustration. Dog is terrified of the vibration/beep. This was not successful for me.
