I am a side sleeper and I had surgery on my shoulder so my shoulder and arm will be numb when I wake up. Have tried other pillows but none of them worked.... but this one is PERFECT. I've had it for about two weeks and I could tell on the first night that it helped. My shoulder doesn't hurt nearly as bad in the mornings since I've started using this pillow and my arm isn't numb/tingly either. Getting a second one for my husband... he doesn't have a shoulder issue but he snores like a lumberjack and I'm really hoping this helps (wishful thinking but it's worth a try!!!). Definitely worth the price... super comfy and no weird smell like I read in some of the other reviews. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT :)

I was having chronic neck pain and had been using a bamboo pillow, well we went on vacation and I did not take my pillow. After the first nite when I woke up the next morning I had no neck pain, I thought it was a fluke, but the whole time we were gone my neck never hurt. So I told my wife, I think it must be my pillow that is causing my pain. So I started looking for a new pillow, and saw this one and it was such a great price, I thought well if it doesn’t work at least I’m not out a lot of money.I have had it for about 10 days and I am sleeping much better and I love the cooling cover on it because I m always hot. For the price, it is a great pillow.

Hard .lumpy . Went to take pieces of foam out to see if it would make it softer and conform to my head.NOPE. Instead I got a ha n dful of tiny pieces of foam the size of dust particles on my hands. I feel if one uses this pillow, will we be breathing in all these particles? NOT GOOD FOR OUR LUNGS... I'd never get it into a package to return,so I'm stuck with a useless pillow. I don't even want my dog to use it...check your pillows people. 😒

I enjoy it it is as shown and is cool to touch but it is scented which is not mentioned. I adore it personally but my cousin is allergic to lavender and could easily get a reaction without such a warning to buy it. Only four stars as it does need to be mentioned for those with allergies.

This pillow came & I was so excited. I immediately opened the package so it could fluff up. (It comes vacuum sealed & squished) At first I thought that the extra bag of filling wasn't there & I was bummed, but later found it on the floor...lol The pillow fluffed up & I grabbed the extra bag to add. (I like a firm pillow) I unzipped the cover & a fairly strong scent of lavender hit my nose. Now, I realize that some people love that smell, but I am not one of them. I specifically picked this one because I had seen others that said "Infused with Lavender" and didn't want a scent. That being said, it aired out pretty well and I tried it at 4am when I woke up. I was amazed at how comfortable it was. I'm a side sleeper & shoulder pain is common for me. I'm looking forward to the next few nights to see if it is as comfy as I think it is. I just wish that smell wasn't there.

The pillow is economical when you hold it while sleeping. It's very comfortable and firm. The only downside is I have failed to find a pillowcase designed for it. I wish the seller develops some and sells them. It also has a protector, which saves on the stains. I recommend it if you're buying or for pain, neck comfort, or good sleep.

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. I've been looking for some time for a pillow (& have bought too many) that works with my Bi-pap machine. This one works the best! I had about given up on a pillow and using my machine. This is not really an option as I'm told if I don't use it, I just might not wake up one of these times! I rarely write reviews but this item seems worth it.

After needing to purchase and new pillow I looked up reviews. I took a chance with this pillow. I am so glad I did. Based on the fact that I can adjust the filling easily as well as when ever I want sold me. It arrived supper compressed in a tight roll. I laughed as I thought maybe I had been scammed. After opening it i added to extra fill that was included as i was sure that i would need that, it began to swell up with air. I left it for 24 hrs. shaking it whenever I could, to get it to increase. It did and that's when I read the faded sheet of paper the got ripped when I opened the package. I could have put this in the dryer on medium heat to speed up the fluff process. 😆 10 mins.This pillow is so good I slept for the first time without a crink in my neck. It adjusts to my neck and head as well as being a crescent shaped, body pillow like, to support my arm as a side sleeper. I get numb hands if I don't support my arms. The cooling cover adds just enough temperature control that I'm neither hot nor cold. Bonus! I liked this so much I bought one each for my husband my kids and both my parents for Christmas.

This pillow exceeded my expectations. I didn't need to fill or take put any foam , it worked perfect for me as is. The curved shape is super comfortable and the bamboo cover is soft and cosy. Would highly recommend.

PRO: I Was so excited to try this cooling pillow with it's unique shape and the option to add exra filling (included)However,Cons: In lieu of following the unpacking and fluffing up tips/etc, it didn't fluff up enough so I decided to add in some extra filling= where it gets interesting......The "Free Gift" (if you gag easily, look away= also why I didn't include pics- I have them🤢)Upon opening the inner pillow layer, and moving the filling a bit, I came across what I will call the "Free Gift" which was not only hair and bits of who knows what BUT a LARGE, Broken off FINGERNAIL TIP definitely NOT female/mine (excuse me while I gag again). Yep, it's safe to say I'm returning this product, with itz free gift wrapped separately, and really hope this was just a one off. Sweet Dreams-The wife aka Amanda :-)

I like the shape of this pillow but found it very heavy (even after removing some of the fill), which doesn't work for me, but it may be great for someone who like the memory foam fill without a solid chunk of memory foam (this is filled with memory foam cubes). The other downside for me was something I didn't see in the description - that is has a lavender scent. That's great if you're a fan of lavender, but it gives me a headache. I will say that the quality is good and the memory foam and lavender may work for many people, just not for me.
