Love having those ridges in my homemade gnocchi!
Awesome price!! These are sturdy little boards. Not super thick or heavy so that can limit other uses, but they work great for the intended gnocchi making!I’ve just washed with a mild dish soap and propped on its side to dry and haven’t had any issues with warping.Great price for the quality!

Must have slotted paddles
I know understand why the slotted side is needed. I am brand new to making my own butter at home and I will never buy from the store again. I love these!

Takes a little practice
I really like these paddles. You can also make "butter balls" with them but you need a little practice to perfect your gnochi or butter balls. Once you master it, they are a breeze.
