I recently got some bamboo steamers and needed some liners for when I made soup dumplings, or XLBs (if you know, you know!) and saw these bamboo steamer liners on Amazon.I made the mistake of buying 10 inch liners initially because my bamboo steamer is 10 inches, but you actually have to size down 1 inch for it to fit your steamer perfectly. That might be common sense to some, but I made the mistake so I thought I'd mention it here.Once I got the right size, these are exactly what I needed. Perfect soup dumplings in 11 minutes and the best part, no stick, hence ZERO broken soup dumplings, which you know if you lose the soup in the XLB, it's absolutely the worst thing in the world that can happen.These are also perfect for air fryers and keeping your air fryer clean and spotless after use.Highly highly recommend!

We originally had 9" papers for our air fryer, but we always had to press them down and into the corners. So this time, we got the 8" papers, which actually fit really nicely. HOWEVER... if we are using the air fryer to reheat something, or are making a single piece of garlic bread, the 8" sheets don't stay down, and are constantly getting sucked up into the hot coils and burning the paper. We will definitely go back to the 9" sheets next time.The sheets are perfectly functional and are exactly as described... the only issue is that they're "perfectly" 8" and are SOMETIMES creating a fire hazard.

If you are using a bamboo steamer for dumplings, boa buns, wontons, or vegetables these are a must have. Keeps food from sticking to the steamer and makes for easy clean up. Make sure to measure the inside diameter of your steamer so you get the correct size.

I ordered these air fryer liners to use with my bamboo steamer. They work perfectly. They are an exact fit for my bamboo steamer baskets and they let enough of the steam through the bottom of the steamers to allow for quick and efficient steaming of Chinese dumplings, vegetables, etc., and they prevent my baskets from from absorbing the flavors of whatever I have cooked. They also make for easy cleanup. I will be buying more of these in the future as I use my bamboo steamers frequently. They are perfect for my needs and a good value for the money.

These work really well if you have enough food in the fryer. I was fixing tator tots and only had a few. The weight was not enough to keep the liner in place. It was pulled up into the fan and caught on fire. Fire shot out the back of the fryer and made a mess on my back splash that will not clean off. Had I not been in the kitchen when it happened, there could have been a disaster. I threw away the liners I had left and will not use another liner again. That is if my fryer still works. It may have burned it up and now I'm afraid to use it.

Great for stopping food sticking - I think the non-stick surface will wear off eventually. With bought products that already have a certain amount of oil like frozen chips, it does absorb some of the oil.

These are great for protecting the basket and catching food particles but it is so light, which means if you don’t have much food or it’s not a heavy item the air can easily lift the paper into the heat element and start a little spark/fire - so be really careful.
