These bands are just as described. They are a little shorter than normal bands, as in you can't put them under your feet and extend your arms in an upward press, but they work great for everything else. Be aware: The user guide inside the bag says the set comes with ankle straps and a door anchor. It does not. It comes exactly as described on the listing, with just the bands, handles and carrying bag.Overall, they work perfectly.

The quality of these bands have been pretty good - they have put up with a moderate amount of use with no obvious wear. Unfortunately, I should have paid more attention to the customers who noted the length. These are far too short to do any standing exercises with, even for small teenagers. We've been able to use them in a number of sitting exercises, though, and been trying to be creative, coming up with new exercises that can benefit from a small band. I would estimate I can max them out at 10 feet long.

These bands are good for many exercises, except anything that requires a long "pull". They are short. I'm 5'2" and these are too short for me to use for a standing bicep curl (hooked under my feet). They are better for using on floor pilates movements. I give exercise resistance bands as gifts to graduates of Live Strong for Cancer Survivors. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing again.

I've been using these daily with socks to stretch my leg muscles, mainly help the healing process of my sprained ankles. They have lasted perfectly fine, so signs of snapping.

A bit short in lenght can’t go wrong for the price

I was surprised at the quality of these bands. Yes someone said that these bands were too short. I think the size and length was perfect. They were also affordable.

Good quality bands. Great for moderate exercise, good soft foam handles and straps that don't dig into your wrists.

Item was delivered on time and packaged well. Exactly what was shown in picture and at a good price.
