I like my waist trainer so far. It is very tight, and I had to get help putting it on. Once it's on it is fine and pretty comfortable. I did notice I start to feel light headed after a couple of hours and when i take it off i have terrible marks on my stomach. I will continue to wear it more and more as I can.

Excellent for the price- perfect for first timers looking to start waist training.I'm 5"5 I wear an 18/20jeans 2X clothing so I bought the 5X and I'm wearing on the last hook so this one should last me a little whileGet the breathable one!!!

It fits as expected but it is a little long for me. I don't know if I just have a short torso or what but fits right under breasts and sits below my hips. I do like it. It was hard to do up at first but you get used to how to hook it. Overall I think it's a good product.

getting the right size is key to this thing,It fits great, feels great, firm but not crushing.it has 3 sets of hooks to adjust the fit.I use mine for sleeping as it helps hold my lower spine in line and holds it in place.I dont use it persay as a back brace vs a back support when sleeping and it works AWESOMEBest night sleep I've had in months after my back surgeryI know this isnt not a medical device but it works great for a little support in my case.Helps hold it a bit of my tummy as well, hides / blends under clothes really niceI've tried it a few times during the day as well but my pt instructor advice me against it as I need to rebuild my back/core mussels.I dont care if its made for a woman, fits a man good and is way cheaper than those crappy braces you get at walmart and cvs

Go down a size, I am on the last hook and I feel that I should have just bought the smaller size in the first place. This product makes my posture better and is think in quality. I can feel it working.

I bought a 3X, maybe should've gotten smaller but the fit wasn't as tight as I expected...unless this was how it is supposed to fit.

I just got my waist trainer today, so I'm reserving a star until I know how it holds up, and if it actually helps focus weight loss on my tummy. I bought this trainer to wear around the house, while working out, for back support and for posture improvement. I've had 3 kids, and unfortunately carry almost all of my weight in my stomach.I am 5'9" and about 178lbs. My waist measures about 39" but it varies due to other issues. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to order the 3XL in blue and I am NOT disappointed. Product arrived quickly and in good condition. The blue color is attractive, and I like it. The trainer itself has no chemical smell, and is extremely sturdy and soft. It feels substantial and well made. It was relatively easy for me to put on myself, and is very comfortable (which was a pleasant surprise). I've been wearing it about an hour, and it still feels quite pleasant. It pulls well, but I can bend and sit, chase after my kids, pick up the house, etc without feeling constricted. I tried some light exercise to see how it feels and I can definitely feel activation in my core, and it heats up quickly which I'm quite pleased with. I plan to update this review after a few weeks of use, and I will be specifically touching on results and comfort when worn during exercise, how the product holds up, level of back support, and posture improvement. Initially, though, I'm impressed. Especially for the price. My biggest recommendation is READ THE SIZING CHART. You can't just order what you wear in a shirt, or even one size up. Measure your waist and make sure you get the size you need. I wear an XL in shirts, but that would be WAY small for this product.

I bought this for my sister after she had her first baby girl and she loved it. Its comfy and breathable.
