A good spices for kitchen
This spice has a very natural essence of it , good for stomach in digestion and reducing acidity, but it looses it's aroma after some time while keeping it. it is a expensive Ajwain comparing with other sellers. But it should be taken in a small amount almost less than half teaspoonful eaten by chewing it directly or boiled in water and drink it in a day.
