Perfect
Great, first fight stick, bought after much advisement and difficulty of accessibility in the UK. Played hundreds of hours of Tekken 7 using this now, not the slightest bit of wear on it, it looks almost perfect. I have seen complaints about the compartment on the back dropping off, I dont see how that is doable if you take care of your peripherals. The stick feels great, solid audible actuation, the bottons are quickly activated, and where initially they feel loose and cheap, after using for a few days they feel much better. The weight of the product is brilliant, I use it on my knee while say wherever, can sit there for hours without any discomfort, there are little pads where my knees naturally sit, which has the added benefit of the product not being cold when your sat around playing video games with no pants on.There are aspects to the product I am yet to explore such as the customization, I have yet to take mine apart, however may buy some different Sanwa buttons on the futurue to swap out. As far I am aware from Reddit, this product is easy to swap out parts for making it good for beginners After hitting up a recent arcade and trying the various Tekken arcade machines on offer, the buttons feel less responsive on comparison to the Hori, and the stick on the Hori is much more satisfying to use. The only thing I would say to bare in mind when purchasing, if your playing on console, you may need to think of alternate ways to use a headset/mic to trash talk your friends as I do not believe there is a way to plugin to the arcade stick. I have also had the chance to use one of the mini fight sticks which is a go to easy option for somebody getting into fight sticks, don't do it, the shrunk space between nthe buttons and the stick make difficult actions like Electrics in Tekken due to your hands banging together and no stable center. This fight stick allows for bashing the fightstick and buttons to the extreme without any fear of damage, I wouldn't throw it admittedly.

High Quality Parts + PS5 Compatible
I've been playing fighting games with arcade sticks for close to 12 years now. I've tried practically every part on the market and this is my first time using Hori stock parts and I am very impressed. In the past, Hori stock parts were not very good, in fact they were atrociously bad.I planned to upgrade this stick with sanwa parts upon receiving it, as I rate sanwa as the Holy grail of arcade parts and what I have always used/am most comfortable with. The Hayabusa has the same high quality microswitches as a sanwa but it feels more loose to play on due to the lesser tension. Some may like this and some may not but I definitely find it nicer to play on a sanwa jlf, but there is no denying the Hayabusa is still a quality lever. It's very close in feel albeit just a bit different so definitely a huge plus from me on quality/performance. As I said some may not like the leaser tension/restriction but it can't be denied that this is a responsive and high quality lever, I just much prefer the JLF microswitches and slightly higher tension.Onto the buttons: in the past hori buttons were abysmal. I've tried the kuro buttons that were a step up, but they still couldn't hold a candle to sanwa buttons. This stick has the new hayabusa buttons and again, I am very impressed with them. They have the same actuation force as sanwa buttons, and feel just as responsible and clean to play on. They also have a nicer clicly feedback is tactcile feedback is something you look for in a button (think of a mechanical keyboard switch). The only real difference I can see is that they have a matte finish and are much louder. I have now been converted to Hayabusa buttons from Sanwa which is really saying something, since I have been using sanwa parts for over a decade, and after trying every button on the market I have never since wanted to switch, until now. Very impressed! This version of the stick also has a new pcb compared to the old one which significantly reduces the input delay. Also, this stick is confirmed to be ps5 compatible out of the box, so that's a huge bonus!Overall I am very impressed with Hori's new line of parts. I've tried hori sticks before and their stock parts never impressed me, but now the hayabusa lever and buttons are extremely high quality. For the price, a current/next gen stick of this quality and performance is super impressive from Hori and I would highly recommend it.

A quality stick, with better function and features than the last version.
Coming from a HRAP4 (the original version, not Kai) this is fantastic. The addition of Haybusa buttons rather than the Kuro’s of previous revisions is a big step up. I was never happy with the lack of resistance on button presses on the older model, but these provide good feedback with a thicker press, and solid feel and sound feedback. As always with a new stick, you have to loosen it a bit through use, and I did have a week or two where my directional jump presses came out as neutral, but that’s gone now after a bit of use.The compartment holding the cable does feel a little more flimsy than the last revision, but it’s still solid when connected, and probably would take a bit of force to remove or break. The addition of padding to the base, rather than corner legs are great for lap players as well as table users.I’ve certainly noticed lap play feels more “solid” with less movement of the stick on my lap during heated movements. The button placement being in the side is really helpful, not accidentally pressing the top row is very helpful- and the touch pad is at the back of the unit so it’s not easily presses without meaning too also.Overall, I’m very happy. Easily worth £100 and over. Build quality is good and buttons etc are better than the last revision.

Vast improvement over my previous mini
Fantastic stick after returning the Hori mini 3. This is a much better fit for my hands and lap. The matte Hayabusa buttons feel so much more responsive than the glossy kuro ones on the mini. Of course, this is about 3x the price of the mini, so it is obviously a major step up. I just finished Streets of Rage 1-4 using it, whereas before I kept shuffling the mini in my lap and getting hand cramps. If you are unsure about size and have fairly large hands, I highly recommend splurging a bit for the Kai or comparable sticks. I am tempted to mod it with some Sanwa buttons someday, but I am hesitant to take apart such a well-made bit of kit.

Great Arcade Stick for the PC
Great Arcade Stick for the PC. Works flawlessly with the PC. The pictures don't do it justice, also there is an additional switch for the PC that isn't shown on the images here. Loses one star as it's not quite as solid as I thought it would be. Now don't get me wrong this joystick is pro grade but I thought it weightier than it is. But it is made out of plastic. I think a better price would be £80 then it would definitely be 5 stars.I also found it extremely simple to adjust from a pad. Tooke me about 2 hours and I can pull off all kinds of combos and special moves I never could with a pad. Also fighting games are so much more fun with a fight stick. If you are serious about fighting games/mame or intend to play them for the forseeable future then this is 100% recommended.I can't comment about the parts not being better or wose than sanwa as I have never used real sanwa parts but the hori switches should be more than adequate for 99.9% of people.
