Great for driving trucks and buses...
I use this for driving my work bus that I drive for 8hrs and helps minimize pain or strain on the knee in constant braking.

Top Drop Knee Cap Useless, Bottom = works Great, cut 1/2 make 2
I used to have one for below the knee only. I thought this would work just as well but it doesn't the top drops down over the top of the knee awkwardly. So plan to cut it in have and have 2 under the knee only. The top part doesn't work at all . Crappy design.
