High quality and just a great value for the money. Least expensive option I found but they are sturdy and work flawlessly. The red plastic is not discoloring my carpet. They had a faint smell out of the package (I have a super sensitive nose) but after one night it had completely disappeared. The bag for storage/transportation is a nice addition. 100% would recommend.

These are great and have been with me through 80 day obsession (which I didn't realize came with a set of sliders that I've never used). I've used these mainly on carpet, but also on concrete (garage). Works better on the carpet.

I love it! Easy to carry everywhere!I swim, and when I do the preheating on the side of the pool I use the discs and I don’t hurt my feet anymore and I don’t slip!!!On the carpet it slips a little bit.

Ok so I’m a fit guy I go to the gym 4 times a week and weight train very hard. I’ve been doing this for over 25years. I brought a pair of these sliders mainly because I looked on YouTube saw a few workouts and thought to myself that this will be something a bit different. It’s different alright. These things tear you to pieces !! They will give you a proper real hard workout. Some of the exercises I can barely get more than 2 or 3 reps out and I’m busted !! These sliders will give you a hardcore workout if you use them to their best effect. They are cheap they take up hardly any space they are lightweight but best of all they are effective. I would highly recommend them.

Lots of positive about these two sliders- good price, excellent quality and easy to use, both on hard floor or on carpet, and hamstrings are getting stronger by the day. With lots of home work out in coming weeks and months due to pandemic, these are excellent piece of exercise equipment for the one of the most neglected muscle group of the body.

UPDATE: 2 MONTHS LATER. I updated this to one star.I only used these around 3 times since purchase. Weirdly the bag has broken even thought it has had such little use. And the discs are very scratched on the surface I have not even used yet!Honestly for £11 I cannot justify this quality. So I would definitely not recommend this to other people, there are plenty of discs on the market that are lower price and give this same level of quality.---These exercise sliders are overall brilliant, I think it is fascinating that they work both on hard and soft floors, because it makes it incredibly versatile.PROS:Versatile and easy to use anywhere in the house, carpets and hard floors (I have tested it on both, and they work perfectly fine, the smooth side is placed down for carpets and foam side down for hard floors).Friction is not an issue with these, they do not tend to get trapped in the flooring.Item came with a small manual with a few exercise examples to get you started, but you can obviously research more.Comes with a nifty drawstring bag to store them in, this is good quality too.CONSI do think that £11 is rather fat-fetched to pay for this product, I know it is a prime product and top rated here, but I definitely do not think it is worth that much. If I could be a little more patient, I would have most likely bought standard sliders for £5, but I guess this higher price is due to the marketing of the dual sided usage.Depending on your floors, this might snag and get stuck. I used these on my hard wood floors, not laminated, and sometimes they got stuck in the ridges.Might not be an issue to anyone, but the foam does pick up hairs and dirt from the floor, so use it on clean floors!Overall: 4/5. Good product, very versatile and easy to take around if needed, I will probably take these to the gym once they re-open. However, the price point I cannot really justify, I think it is a bit too steep, so only pay for these if you are incredibly certain you will get usage out of both sides!

These are good but the grip could be better i went a bit mad on them doing 200 work outs just to burn off fat they do slip i found better to use barefeet or if you have good grip trainers i don't but my barefeet just fine.

Great product, works nicely. Order one pack of two at a time though. It seems there is a special offer at the moment from Amazon, order two packs of two sliders, get one pack of sliders.
