Good customer service
Nice sandle type shoe and they would have been ideal for my wife but the size 5 was too large for her. Even with an insole and a heel pad her foot still slid out.Contacted the firm direct and an amicable solution was swiftly completed to our satisfaction. Must say the customer service was exemplary and can recommend them.

Lovely looking shoe, but a bit too narrow for me. Expensive to return!
