Works amazing!
After 1 month in our yard, there are sooo many flies and wasps in the trap! I reordered and hung the new one where it was and there were several flies on it instantly!! We have noticed a huge reduction in the flies in our yard, especially that sneak in our house since we are in and out to the pool or the kids to the swing set

This works great on flies!
I bought four of these for my new house, two years ago. They worked perfectly! They catch FLIES, HORNETS, WASPS, but NOT our very important pollinating honeybees. This is a great thing because we need our honeybees to pollinate our crops so we can eat.We had a big problem with flies and hornets, so I hung two of these in the sun from the top of our fence. I hung them about 50 feet apart and they worked perfectly! I only replaced them when they got old and dirty. They lasted all summer long and I recently ordered more so I will not run out. This is a must have product if you have a lot of flies, or are allergic to stinging bugs. They’re easy to use. They work great! They last several weeks. They don’t harm beneficial insects. They’re easy to hang.

Skip this disappointing product
Did not work, only caught 4-5 house flies. This product is a complete joke and I would never use again or recommend to anyone at all. We still have dozens of them in the air at any given time and this thing couldn't catch 1!!!! I use house fly catchers that catch 100s of house flies, I didn't need to spend 15$ to catch 5 flies!!! I wanted to catch stupid wasps. Save the hassle and skip this product

Not all that great
I used this mostly because of flies. This has not been a year of many wasps. As a fly catcher it hasn't been working very well except for what looks like tiny baby flies that are not attracted to other types of traps.

It works!! No more wasps!
I have hummingbird feeders and the wasps were chasing them away. I was a little hesitant to buy this based on the reviews, but I had a very positive experience with Terro's ant baits (totally annihilated my ant problem.) I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Within 15 minutes, there were wasps and flies inside. I've had it up for just 1 week and it's captured a ton of pests. The hummingbird feeders are now pest free! Assembly is super easy, just pour in the concentrate that comes in an enclosed sealed container, add water to the line, and screw on the cap. It comes with a zip tie for hanging but I used a hook. A word of caution, the concentrate really stinks (I gagged a little) - so when pouring it in hold your nose :). Highly recommend!!

Terro Wasp and Fly Traps Work Well
After being annoyed by yellow jackets and flies, while sitting on the yard swing, or our front porch, I ordered these, because of the Terro name, and how well their ant traps work. They worked awesomely, and greatly reduced the pests in the yard. Gone, were lots of flies, of many varieties, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, etc. None of the bodies, in the trap, when I cleaned it out, were pollinators, like honey bees, bumble bees, etc.

Trap: 1, Yellow Jackets: 0
Put the trap up, within a week the nest that was bothering parties was toast. I was concerned that I’d be also killing what I consider “helpful pollinators” and I do not see any honeybees in the trap. Some bumblebees, but not many. A coyote took care of the rest of the in-ground nest. Gives me more confidence in Terro, all of their products seem to work as described. If you have yellow jackets, this might take care of your issue as quickly as it did mine without harming more helpful species. For what it is, it is a little expensive from my vantage point, but it works and saves a call to an exterminator.
