A good clean read
I enjoyed all of the Ruby Redfort books, and I am an adult times over. They were what I wished for from Nancy Drew as a child. Nancy always ran to get help and didn't seem realistic. The puzzles and things aren't always hard, but I can see how a tween or so may find them very engaging. For me, it was just easy going reading with fun personality, good to wind down with. Wish I could find more books like this.
