Great balls for cricket intro
I use these as cricket balls. This isn't your average tennis ball. It's denser, it's firmer, and it's ready to be walloped into the stratosphere (or at least over the neighbor's fence). If a regular tennis ball is a fluffy cloud, this Nivia Heavy version is a small meteor. You'll feel it in your bat, you'll feel it in your arm, and your arm might feel it for a few days after. It adds a certain oomph to your game, a satisfying thud that says, "Yes, I am playing a sport, and I am playing it with authority."Perfect for cricket matches where you want to simulate the feel of a real cricket ball, without the fear of actually breaking any windows. Just be prepared for your dog to give you a slightly confused look when you try to play fetch with it.

Great for backyard/park games
Awesome spin on hard ground and they still have some bounce on soft ground. Perfect for casual play as they won't hurt like a real cricket ball.

Don’t buy this product if you want to play in a playground. However, may be good for kids to play at home. Not suitable for Cricket

Perfect for my non-traditional use
I have a pure white down parka. To dry it, manufacturer suggests placing in a dryer with tennis balls so it remains puffy. Do you know how difficult it is to find white tennis balls (very difficult). These worked beautifully, particularly because they are heavier than tennis balls. They do have black writing on them, and I didn’t want that to transfer to my coat, so I placed each one in a white sock to insure the writing wouldn’t bleed. Not a traditional use, for sure, but they were perfect for me!!
