Well, I’ve been using these products for about a month and decided it was time to review them. I can honestly say that this is the loveliest range I’ve ever bought. The scents are gorgeous and not overpowering, the packaging is perfect and the products each feel amazing. I expected to have some initial flare ups as my skin is sensitive to change, but to my surprise I didn’t react negatively to anything! My skin feels amazing, I love the Lemon & Bergamot cleansing balm as it leaves my skin feeling clean but not at all dried out, the Rose & Frankincense face oil soaks in beautifully and the cream makes a wonderful nighttime treat, although I also use it during the day as I don’t wear makeup. The calendula salve is making my skin feel nourished at last, I suffer from dry skin and have found it difficult to find anything that helps. The BooBoo balm went straight on the scratches I got from cutting back brambles and didn’t sting at all. The Dandelion and Rosemary salve has been a godsend as I got stuck into the garden recently and overdid things. I expected to be in a lot of discomfort the next day, but I wasn’t sore at all and the Lemon Balm and Peppermint lip balm feels lovely and smooth. All in all I am so happy with this set and will definitely be buying it again, though it might be some time before I need to as everything seems to go a long way.

This gift box was an indulgent present to myself and my first time trying these products. So far I've only dipped into the lip balm and the face cream and I am loving both. The face cream in particular is so lush and delicious I feel like I could eat it. A little goes a long way, so I put a pea sized amount in my palm, let my body heat warm it, then glide it on. Since hitting perimenopause my skin is very dry and sensitive. This cream is rich enough to give me all day moisture yet gentle enough that my skin isn't reacting to it with breakouts. The package arrived quicker than expected and I've discovered I can easily reuse or recycle every element. On top of that, it's beautifully presented. This is thoughtful, sustainable skin care at it's best.

I haven’t been so excited about beauty products for a long time. The smell is divine. Calendula salve healed my little itchy rash in my chest which two dermatologist couldn’t. Only few natural ingredients, no water wrapped in a nature friendly packaging. Can’t wish for more ! Lovely products. However, some tins bashed and scratched. Presentation box was very bashed and flimsy, had to decant into another gift box before gave as a gift. Would buy products individually next time.

What a brilliant find for me. I have extremely sensitive and dry skin caused by several autoimmune diseases. Have tried loads of products over the years, some of which work for a while, others which make me look like I've been boiled alive! So found The Ilex Wood products and ordered the vegan beauty box......WOW. My skin is glowing and feels so soft and subtle. The lip balm is the best I've used, and again I've tried many. The Boo Boo Balm has cleared up deeply cracked and bleeding heels within 3 days. I am so happy to have found such fantastic products that are also vegan and hand made too. Have already sent links of the website to a few friends. IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE FOUND IN 6 YEARS OF SEARCHING. Pricing is also excellent.

they all smell amazing, I'm yet to see many results, but the lip balm makes my lips super smooth and the muscle rub works amazing and makes my skin smooth, and the salve relieve itchy skin and soothes the spots from my HS

I don't usually have the time to write reviews, but on this occasion the products definitely warrant a review. They are of excellent quality and outshine some of the most expensive face creams on the market. Worth the money and I've just had my second order.
